Day 1: Our team begins by protecting your space and carefully removing all cabinet doors and drawer fronts, labeling each piece and transporting them to our shop. At your home, we thoroughly clean, degloss, sand, and mask the cabinet boxes to prepare them for paint. Meanwhile, in our shop, doors and drawer fronts are prepped and primed for a flawless finish.
Day 2: We fine-tune the cabinet boxes by filling gaps, repairing imperfections, and sanding for a smooth, even surface. An Extreme Bond primer is applied, followed by two finish coats of durable enamel, sanding between coats to ensure a long-lasting, flawless finish.
Day 3 - 4: Cabinet doors and drawer fronts are sprayed in our shop, starting with a fine sanding and dust removal. The first finish coat is applied with professional spray equipment for a smooth result. If needed, we return to your home to apply additional coats to cabinet boxes, carefully monitoring for runs and smoothing as we go.
Day 5: After a light scuff sanding, we apply the final finish coat to achieve a durable, smooth finish and allow proper curing time. Once dry, we return to your home to carefully reinstall all doors, drawer fronts, and hardware, complete touch-ups, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our high-quality standards and your expectations.
